Eusebi Casanelles, Director of mNACTEC, retires after 31 years of service

Eusebi Casanelles, director of mNACTEC, has retired from his position on the 15th February, after more than 3 decades of service.

During his tenure, mNACTEC has been born, raised and recognized as a major institution for the promotion, restauration and conservation of technical and scientific heritage in Catalonia. 

Jaume Perarnau, who has served as Head of Department of Conservation, Documentation and Studies, has taken over as Interim Director.

Casanelles has also been commited to the CreativeCH project. Among his contributions are: giving guidelines to Torre del Palau students, ensuring historical accuracy of the app contents and suggesting experts for the workshop “Industrial cultural tourism”.
