Georg Trakl - places and poems

A new virtual tour on the showcase portal Kulturerleben is devoted to the life and works of the famous local poet Georg Trakl.  The tour has been developed in cooperation with the Trakl House (Georg-Trakl-Forschungs- und Gedenkstätte) and Dr. Hans Weichselbaum (author of a richly illustrated book about Trakl). It links the CreativeCH showcase with the programme of the Trakl 100th anniversary programme. 

The tour includes historical images, texts and sound recordings (poems) and some videos. At infopoints in the city we have distributed a lot of bookmarklets which contain a QR code with the link to the tour. Last week, in the context of the opening of the Salzburg Festival, the Salzburg Guide Service offered a Trakl tour that used some of the portal content.
